Call for Abstracts | EMIM 2025

The EMIM 2025 Committee calls for original, unpublished work to be presented as oral or poster presentation. All presenters need to be registered and present in Bilbao.

Currently all submissions are closed.
We will reopen the submission system for a few days at the end of January:

Late-Breaking Submission Grant

All who submitted a late-breaking abstract, are eligible to register for the early registration rate (if not done already). You’ll receive a reduction code along with your “Transmission Report” that automatically reduces your fee by 150€ (corresponding to the early rate).

Submitted an Abstract already – what’s next?
  • The extensive reviewing process ended.
  • Now the programme building has started.
  • Notifications on acceptance/rejection and type of presentation (poster/talk) will be sent on 3 January (at latest).
  • You can view your abstract in the submission system anytime – but edits are not allowed.
  • Just contact the us via office@e-smi.eu in case of any questions.
That’s new & important to know!

To give all your work the attention it deserves, the following rules have been implemented:

  1. The number of submissions as presenting author is limited to one (no limit on co-authorship).
  2. The overall number of submissions is limited to the top scored 750.
