With 1200 international participants, its collaborative, inclusive atmosphere paired with top-science, the meeting offers a perfect platform to showcase your products and services and attract (new) customers.

We offer options for exhibition and numerous opportunities to enhance your visibility and communication. As in previous years, the exhibition packages are very transparent with no hidden costs. All include exhibition space, a certain number of free registrations, internet access, basic electricity, cleaning, …

1 – Exhibiting @ EMIM 2025

All exhibition packages include

• Exhibition space (from 36 sqm to 6 sqm)
• Certain number of free registrations
• Listing in the EMIM App (no printed programme books!) with description, products, contact, logo, link
• Basic electricity
• Basic furniture (two chairs and one table)
• Basic cleaning (once per day)
• Internet access (WiFi)
• Reduced registration rate of €450 for additional staff not included in your package.

All exhibitor registrations include

• Access to scientific sessions & exhibition
• Opening reception on Wednesday evening
• Coffee, tea, water all day long placed around your booths
• Coffee and lunch breaks (Tuesday to Friday)

Thematic Bar Hopping & get together

Get-Together @ EMIM: The legendary EMIM party will take place on Thursday 13 March. Share the community’s excitement, support this famous event, and make use of the momentum and yourself visible!

Thematic / Study Group Bar Hopping: after the study group sessions on Tuesday 11 March, attendees can grab a bite to eat at food trucks and then head to a first bar of their choice. Make yourself visible to the dedicated community. “Rent a bar” close to your company’s heart – exclusive option per theme!
