Group Registration & Discount 
(independent from/nothing to do with institutional membership)
- 5 to 9 registrations from one group = 5% reduction on registration fees
- 10 to 14 registrations = 10% discount
- 15+ = 15% discount
Discount applies on individual registration fees, not on additional bookings (like socials or sessions). The discount only applies for members of one institute or group.
How to
1 – BEFORE anybody from your group registers individually, please send the following information via email to Irene (registration@esmi-insight.eu):
- Number of attendees from your group / institute (5+, 10+, 15+)
- Name of main contact person.
- Names / list of participants (download template for participant list here).
2 – The main contact person receives a group discount code, which is sent by the main contact to the named participants.
3 – All named participants register individually via the public registration page entering the discount code. This code automatically reduces the registration fee by -5%, 10%, or 15%.
4 – Fees have to be paid separately per participant. Different invoice addresses can be added.
ATTENTION: Deadline to apply for a group discount is 7 January 2027 (if you’d like to take advantage of the early rate).
The discount code can’t be applied retroactively. In other words, if someone from your team has already registered before you have requested/received the group discount code OR one fails to add the code during registration, there is nothing we can do!
General Terms & Conditions
All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to the ESMI office via registration(at)esmi-insight.eu.
Registration fees (less 50€ to cover administrative costs) will be refunded for cancellations received by 26 January 2027. For cancellations received between 27 January and 9 February 2027, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded (less 50€ to cover administrative costs). For cancellations after 9 February 2027, no refund is foreseen. Substitutes will be accepted at any time.
Book refundable travel options! The ESMI cannot be made liable for any refund of attendees’ travel or other individual costs related to the EMIM in case of non-attendance or cancellation.
Accommodation
We do not offer booking options for accommodation through our registration system. Please organise your own accommodation in Bologna – there are many options in all price categories.
ATTENTION – fraud attempts!
The ESMI has not subcontracted any hotel service providers or “Hotel Allocator” companies like Global Travel, G Travel Service or any other (fake) company – please be aware of possible fraudulent offers and do not provide any data or payments! Each participant is responsible for booking their own hotel / accommodation in Bologna!
Please transfer all payments only to the specified ESMI account at Deutsche Bank. There is no subsidiary in any other country.
