High-quality science is the hallmark of ESMI and its annual meeting, EMIM. Maintaining this standard requires a rigorous, transparent review process – and the commitment of many experts from our scientific community.
What we are looking for
The EMIM scientific programme is built on the outcome of the abstract review process. To ensure scientific quality, each abstract is evaluated by at least 10 independent reviewers in a double-blind process, involving more than 800 experts from across imaging science.

To keep the workload manageable while ensuring a thorough evaluation, each reviewer will be assigned no more than 15 abstracts.
Eligibility Criteria
- Availability during review period: 19 to 26 November 2026
- postDoc+ level
All data collected will be used exclusively for the purpose of putting together an excellent reviewer team. No data will be passed on to any third parties. Only complete forms can be considered.
