Terms and Conditions of Cancellation
All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to the ESMI via e-mail to registration(at)esmi-insight.eu. Registration fees (less €10 to cover administrative costs) will be fully refunded for cancellations received by 24 September, 2026. Later cancellation are not refundable (or for participants who fail to attend). Substitutes will be accepted at any time.
Book refundable travel options. The ESMI cannot be made liable for any refund of attendees’ travel or other individual costs related to the DACH Days 2026 in case of non-attendance or cancellation.
