(pre-) Registration opens on 8 April!

Allocation of limited seats

• Due to the limited number of rooms, attendance is restricted to 70.
• Priority is given to all who submitted an abstract.
• Although we do not expect to have to turn down interested participants, there will be a pre-registration scheme to ensure transparency.

How does pre-registration work?

• Register via the online registration system that opens on 8 April 2025 as soon as you can as timing of registration might become relevant.
• First seats will be given to all who submitted an abstract.
• After that, the “first come, first served” rule applies: the earlier you have pre-registered, the more likely it is that you will get a place.
• All who pre-registered without submitting an abstract, will receive note in calendar week 21 (at latest on 20 May).
• Only then payment is due – that’s it!

In General

• The registration fee includes accommodation with full board.
• All attendees are accommodated at the wonderful Certosa Di Pontignano where also lectures and all meals take place.
• All attendees are asked to stay for the entire duration of the conference.
• It is not possible to register only for part of TOPIM 2025.

*(PhD) students are considered as student (non) members, postDocs are considered as regular (non) members.
Student (members) could be accommodated in twin rooms – preferred room mate can be specified during registration.
The single room surcharge can only be added for regular (non) members
**ESMI members are eligible for the reduced member fees

Please always book refundable travel options. The ESMI cannot be held liable for any associated travel costs in the event of cancellation.
