- Due to the limited number of rooms, attendance is restricted to 70.
- First come (registers), first served rule applies.
- Participants with an accepted abstract are entitled to a place at TOPIM.
In General
- The registration fee includes accommodation with full board.
- All attendees are accommodated at the wonderful Certosa Di Pontignano where also lectures and all meals take place.
- All attendees are asked to stay for the entire duration of the conference.
- It is not possible to register only for part of TOPIM 2026.

General Terms & Conditions
All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to the ESMI office via registration(at)esmi-insight.eu.
Registration fees (less 50€ to cover administrative costs) will be refunded for cancellations received by 2 July 2026. For cancellations received between 2 July and 27 July 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded (less 50€ to cover administrative costs). For cancellations after 27 July 2026, no refund is foreseen. Substitutes will be accepted at any time.
Book refundable travel options! The ESMI cannot be made liable for any refund of attendees’ travel or other individual costs related to the EMIM in case of non-attendance or cancellation.
