We offer options for exhibition and numerous opportunities to enhance your visibility and communication. As in previous years, the exhibition packages are very transparent with no hidden costs. All include exhibition space, a certain number of free registrations, internet access, basic electricity, cleaning, …

1 – Exhibiting @ EMIM 2024

All exhibition packages include

Exhibition space (from 24sqm to 6sqm)
Certain number of free registrations
Listing in the EMIM App (no printed programme books!) with description, products, contact logo, link
Basic electricity
Basic furniture (two chairs and one table – 1,80m x 0,80m or 2,00m x 0,60m)
Basic cleaning (once per day/evening)
Internet access (WLAN)
Reduced registration rate of €420 for additional staff not included in your package.

Thematic Bar Hopping & get together

Thematic / Study Group Bar Hopping: after the study group sessions on Tuesday 12 March, attendees can grab a bite to eat at food trucks and then head to a first bar of their choice. Make yourself visible to the dedicated community. “Rent a bar” close to your company’s heart – exclusive option per theme!

Get-Together @ EMIM: The legendary EMIM evening event will take place on Thursday 14 March with expected 700+ attendees. Share the excitement and support this famous event.
